Board of Directors Election - 2025
It's time to vote for the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. You may vote online on Wednesday, November 20th or through a paper ballot received from the Chamber of Commerce after the Thursday, November 21, 2024 Annual Chamber Member Meeting held at the Chamber Coffee hosted by Clara Barton Medical Center at 9:30am. The vote will be to fill the 3 available positions on the Chamber Board of Directors for (3) 3yr Terms (2025-2027).

Who can vote?
Any owner or employee of an investing member in good standing with the Chamber may vote. Limit 10 votes per business.
Who can be on the board?
Any employee of any of our member businesses in good standing can be nominated to be on the Chamber Board. The Nominating Committee of the Hoisington Chamber of Commerce has submitted the names of the following members for election to the 2025–2027 Board of Directors. These individuals, of proven ability and interest in our chamber, have agreed to serve the indicated terms if elected by the membership.
If you have a write-in nominee, please indicate those on the empty lines. Any member may make other nominations than the ones recommended by the committee on this ballot, providing the nominee has agreed to serve.
How do I vote?
1) Early ONLINE voting begins Wednesday, November 20th.
2) You may request a paper ballot by emailing the Chamber at hoisingtoncofc@outlook.com.
IF YOU VOTE ONLINE - Please include your business name in the required field. This will ensure that there are no repeat votes. If you vote online, you do not need to turn in a paper ballot.
Ballots received after 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 will not be counted.
Cardinal Apartment Board Elections - 2022
All ONLINE Ballots are due by 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, November 24th. You may also pick up a paper ballot at the Chamber. All PAPER Ballots are due at the Chamber by Wednesday, November 24th no later than 8:15 a.m.
Ballots (Online and/or Paper) received after 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 will NOT be counted.
