The 100.7 Eagle Country Annual Labor Day Parade 

Monday, September 4th at 10:30 a.m.


The grand finale to a weekend full of great events!  The Hoisington Labor Day Parade has often been referred to as the biggest Labor Day Parade in Kansas!  From color guards and Shriners, creative float entries, beautiful antique cars, politicians, tractors, school teams and bands...over 150 entries are sent down Main Street in Hoisington each year for over 2 hours of fun.  


The 1950's themed Children's Parade starts the day off and begins at 10:10 a.m. It is for kids of all ages to show off their bikes, trikes, wagons and Power Wheels with Labor Day Pride! 1950's decorations and costumes are encouraged and all children will recieve a participation prize!  Children should line up in front of the High School Auditorium by 9:50 a.m.


The 100.7 Eagle Country Annual Labor Day Parade will begin with a Color Guard escort at 10:30 a.m. The parade starts at the Hoisington High School on the North end of Main Street and goes all the way to downtown Hoisington where it ends at the carnival. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the show!


The deadline to enter the 2016 Labor Day Parade is August 24th (or so! We will take free registrations up to Sundat, Sept 4 if needed)


Entries will be permitted to register on parade day but will pay a $5 late entry fee, and will placed at the disgression of the parade volunteers. 


Participants will be sent their number and line up position after August 24th. You should get those by Saturday, August 27th.
